In order to avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to carefully study the User Manual and the terms of warranty.

Warranty Limitations

1.1.      The basis for withdrawing the Goods from the guarantee is the establishment of one of the following facts:

• mechanical damage to the Goods during operation;
• operation of the Goods in violation of the requirements of technical documentation;
• violation in the power supply systems, air supply of the Buyer, entailing a malfunction in the operation of the Goods;
• independent intervention of the Buyer to change the design of the Goods;
• self-elimination of faults by the Buyer, without prior written approval from the Supplier;
